お客様のご登録住所記入ミスにより、一度の配送でお届け出来ず弊社に返送された場合、再送にかかる送料はお客様にご負担頂きます。

迅速な発送を心がけますが全ての作業をワンオペで行っておりますので、お届けまでに少々お日にちを頂く場合がございます。

また発送通知配信後から追跡番号反映までお時間を要す場合がございます。

ネコポスでの発送は、到着日指定は出来かねますので予めご了承下さい。

また、既に装着済みの商品は商品の破損以外は一切対応しません。

その様な問い合わせには「一切返信対応いたしません」ので、予めご了承ください。

各種インソールは製造ロットにより、本体色が商品ページの画像と違う物をお届けする場合がございますが、性能に差異はありませんのでご安心ください。

ご注文後、お客様のご都合による注文内容の変更及びキャンセル、返品・返金は出来かねますので、予めご了承ください。

弊社のミスによる交換等については迅速に対応いたします。

但しお取り換えする商品は、貼り付け前の「未使用品」に限ります。

商品のご購入時には上記の内容を全て理解し、了承されたものとします。

We do not accept or take any cancels or returns after the purchase has been confirmed. No refunds.

Entering the wrong address and info resulting to the product not being able to be delivered to your desired address, the item purchased will be sent back and the money will be refunded. For the item to be shipped again, shipping will be re-billed.

 

通常在庫商品：注文または当選者の確定後から１０日前後に発送いたします。 土日祝日は発送業務を行っておりません。また、お問い合わせへの返信も土日祝は行っておりません。＊繁忙期につきましては、その限りではありません。

予約販売商品：各商品ページの発送時期をご参照ください。 ＊ご予約状況や生産状況により、納期が前後する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

なお、日時指定、営業所留め、複数注文の同梱出荷は承っておりませんので、予めご了承ください。

システムの都合上、個別での出荷番号の通知は行っておりませんので予めご了承ください。

ご予約商品の納期遅延等につきましては個別メールの配信ではなく、弊社公式インスタグラムと販売ページにてご案内致します。

商品、又はご注文に対するお問い合わせへの返信は全てメールにて対応致します。

返信対応まで最大72時間頂いております。

Instock Items: 

After the purchase is confirmed, the product will be shipped and delivered in 1-5 business days. 

Holidays and such will result in delay of shipping. 

Over seas purchase, outside of Japan will take longer to be delivered.

Pre-ordered items: 

Shipping schedules will be announced on each product page.Delivery date will differ depending on the amount of pre-orders taken and the manufacturing rate.

Selecting the delivery date, shipping to a P.O box will not be available.

Purchasing multiple items and requesting a combined shipping may not be available depending on the purchased quantity.

We dot not announce any shipping confirmation numbers for your purchase.

Information on delays of pre-ordered products will be announced via UPHEAVAL OFFICIAL Instagram account and EC Site product page. 

There will be no individual E-mails sent regarding product delays.
